Executive Assistant

CA - Bay Area (Full-time)

The EA will support the CEO and be responsible for a broad range of administrative duties. This position will require initiative, judgment, independent decision making and service skills. The professional in this position must project warmth and enthusiasm toward internal and external visitors. This person must be a creative, high energy, hands on professional who can successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management, accounting for day-to-day meetings, calls, both business and personal
  • Coordinate travel
  • Communicating with teams and assisting with project management
  • Prepare internal/external correspondence
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Candidates must have 2+ years of Executive or Personal Assistant experience
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google suite – Word, Excel and Outlook required

  • Chinese experience a plus
